The first floor includes your marble living room and full marble dining room with a bar and a full kitchen. The second floor includes a full bathroom as well as a king and a queen bedroom. The third floor includes two more king bedrooms. You'll find an additional bedroom with a full bathroom in the basement. Your fenced yard includes outdoor dining, a play-set, a propane grill and outdoor games. The rear parking lot includes enough space to park four cars. There's also free on-street parking at the front of the building. There's a futon in the living room for two additional guests.
