Welcome to The Bill Murray, my private home. Enjoy arcades, smart TVs and smart/adjustable beds throughout, memory foam mattresses and a stocked kitchen. Immerse yourself in luxurious decor, including stone walls, granite, jetted showers and Murray art. I fenced my backyard (6 ft) so I can hang with my dogs, win ping pong, dance on my pool table, grill empanadas, lounge out and swing around in my egg chair. 5 mins to OSU/downtown, 10 mins to airport. 15% off stays of a week or more.

The Old North is a quiet neighborhood near OSU. You can get to I-71 within two minutes of getting in your car, and from there to most locations in Columbus in 20 minutes or less. OSU is five minutes away and you are 15 minutes from John Glenn Columbus International Airport.

• Two bedrooms, one full bathroom. • Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Sling TV service. • Adjustable beds in both bedrooms. • Fully equipped kitchen. • House is equipped with an arcade, game system, and laser projectors. • Fenced-in backyard with a grill, pool table, and patio seating, great for relaxing. • The house is small, only 796 square feet. • A futon and a sofa bed are available for larger groups. • Off street parking for two cars in front and beside the house. Additional off street parking in backyard for two more cars. Free on street parking in the area if you need more room.

Other Details to Note

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM. PARKING: There is one off-street spot beside the house, one spot in front of the house, and more cars can be parked in the backyard by unchaining the fence. Additionally there is free on-street parking in the area, though you will need to walk at least half a block to get to it. CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. 5% of the proceeds from all stays are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.

I wouldn't say its a perfect 5 star place, I'd give it a 4.8. The arcade machine next to the glass sliding door, the joycons were broken down into the machine which made it difficult to use. If we wanted to use it, we had to hold the joycon up and try move around, which made playing any game hard. There was a missing stove nob for the front right burner. If things are going to be unplugged before guests arrive, make sure thats listed so they know.

The Bill Murray house was a delightful place for my brother and I to stay while visiting our family for Christmas. The neighborhood is very walkable and charming; High St is close by for restaurants and food shopping. The house itself is so comfortable! My brother and I agreed that each of our beds was perfect, and we both slept very well. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped with everything you might need to make a meal. And the Bill Murray photos/memorabilia throughout is so fun and interesting! We enjoyed checking out all of the various decor.

We had such a great time at Sam's place. Our son loved playing the arcade machines and we really loved all of the Tim Murray props and decorations. When we first arrived it had snowed, I asked Sam about salt for the slippery steps and he quickly came over and salted the steps for us. We loved our time here and would love to come back in the future !

Very quiet neighborhood. The house was as described and met our needs for a few days in Columbus. The grill worked very well and the kitchen offered plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Beds were very comfortable! For those looking to go out, the house is very close to High Street. Our son goes to OSU, and it was only a few minutes drive to campus. Would recommend and stay again.
