The Old North is a quiet neighborhood near OSU. You can get to I-71 within two minutes of getting in your car, and from there to most locations in Columbus in 20 minutes or less. OSU is five minutes away and you are 15 minutes from John Glenn Columbus International Airport.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex, minus several closets we use for storing supplies.
Good to know
• Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. • Living room has a 70” smart TV with complementary Hulu TV service and access to all your streaming subscriptions. • Play on our three slot machines (tokens cannot be exchanged for money, this is purely for fun) • Kitchen is fully functional if you want to cook during your stay. • Small office area with desk and computer on the third floor. • Clean towels and linens are provided. • Combo washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom. • The common areas of the house are limited to the living room, kitchen, and the office upstairs.
Other Details to Note
CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM PARKING: Parking is limited! There is space for one car behind the house. If you are bringing additional cars, you will need to find on-street parking. The best places are along North 4th Street or Tompkins Street. Typically you can find spaces within two to three blocks of the house. CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. 5% of proceeds from each stay are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
