Guests will have access to the entire property.

• Private neighborhood pond with access to boat and fishing. • Expansive deck with outdoor seating and grill. • Game room includes pool, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, and skee ball. • Fully equipped laundry room containing a washer, dryer, utility sink, ironing board and folding area • Off-street parking: one garage space, two spaces in driveway. • On-street parking: two spots directly in front of the house. Parking elsewhere on the street is not permitted. • Living room contains a 75” 4K television and oversized electric fireplace. • Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. • Master bedroom suite with private bathroom and balcony.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM PARKING: There is 1 garage space, along with room for two more cars in our driveway. There is also on-street parking in the neighborhood, though we ask that you do not park in front of our neighbors' houses in order to avoid crowding them out. CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the garage and back door of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. 5% of the proceeds from all stays are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.

There are many good walking and biking trails close to Club House. Take the bus from the stop down the street at Sunbury Rd and N Cassady. Uber and Lyft are also excellent options.
