Guests will have access to the entire property minus the basement and two storage closets on the second floor.
Good to know
• Four bedrooms, one bathroom. • Please note that the attic bedroom can only be accessed by a hidden door in the 3rd bedroom. The entryway to the room is narrow, and not all guests may be able to squeeze through. • While the rest of the house has central A/C, the attic is cooled by a portable A/C unit. • Living room has a 70” smart TV with complementary Sling TV service and access to all your streaming subscriptions. • Each bedroom has an adjustable bed and 55” smart TV. • Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with basic cooking tools. • Office in the living room comes with a desk and computer. • Fenced in backyard with hammock, grill, and patio seating. • Clean towels and linens are provided. • Combo washer/dryer and ironing board in the kitchen.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM PARKING: Off street parking behind the house. Additional free on-street parking anywhere on the street in front of the house. CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front porch and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. 5% of proceeds from each stay are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
