The Old North is the location for much of the off-campus housing for OSU. Most of the other properties in the area are student rentals. It’s safe and easily walkable and close to all the attractions Columbus has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire property apart from the unfinished basement and a pair of storage closets.

Other Details to Note
CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front door and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way. PARKING: There are two off-street spots in our garage. In addition, you can find free on-street parking along either Adams Avenue or Tompkins Street
