I have stayed at several of Sam's properties. And each one has its own unique flavor and theme. Which I find to be fantastic. This home "Under the Sea" has many nice features. The best one for me was the proximity to downtown. It also has a ski ball machine. Need I say more, lol. I digress, there is also a nice public park straight across the street. Offering a private garage for parking, and what was a very peaceful stay, during my week long stay. I would recommend this property to anyone that has needs to be close to downtown and if you enjoy the nostalgia of playing some arcade games and ski ball. Well then you found your place to stay. I definitely will be staying there again soon. All of Sam's properties so far are themed and have a particular bit of charm.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place in Columbus! It was an easy drive or short walk to High St. and the university with plenty of things to do and local attractions. Sam was very communicative and friendly throughout the entire process.

We had a really great stay here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We actually booked this stay because of the severe weather, so we were pretty stressed, but having such a cozy and welcoming place made a big difference for our family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The beds were honestly my favorite part … they were so comfortable! We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here.

Sam was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Responded quickly and gave good clear answers. House was beautifully decorated, clean and great location. Neighbourhood is friendly. Would stay here again next time i visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was enchanting. We did not even go out during our 2 day stay. We binge watched Harry Potter Movies, ate all kinds of junk food and got a message. It was our 30th anniversary and we are 77 yrs young. Have to admit, the stairs to the bathroom upstairs were a challenge. We had a wonderful time. The house is amazing with lots of Hogwarts atmosphere. A big thank you to Samuel and crew.

We had the opportunity to stay at this duplex for two nights while visiting my son at Ohio State University. We selected this house because of its quirky nature and the ability to allow my other adult children, their spouses and our dog to stay together in the same place. Very clean inside, very comfortable beds, and well appointed. Loved the two video game machines - provided quite a bit of entertainment. Parking for multiple vehicles out back and off street was a nice added touch. Heating and air worked flawlessly. Host even left adequate starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee k-cups and trash bags). We would not hesitate to rent this place in the future should the need arise.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Sam’s. My husband was there a month for work. He seemed to feel at home while there. Great place, all the amenities you need, close to everything. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Dragons’ Lair lives up to its name; the decor is charming. Plenty of space in the livingroom for our well-traveled furkids (two 13-pound dogs) to enjoy the popup play castle we packed. Well-appointed and spacious kitchen for me to enjoy whipping up meals during our 3day stay. And if you love classic video arcade games, as we do, you’ll enjoy staying here. My nephews and their parents will love this place when they travel through the area; it was our pleasure to scope it out in advance.
